Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination using Canada Post and Purolator. No surprises — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Estimated Delivery Windows
- Canada (Domestic): 2–7 business days after dispatch
- United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International (74+ countries): 10–21 business days after dispatch
